How do I update my profile? Where do I update my account information?

Profile page: Click your photo or the "Me" link in the top right and you'll be taken to your profile page where you can add/edit pictures, update your interests, about me, and other details.

Account info: To update your email address, your password, or when you'd like to receive notifications from us go to "settings" under "Me ^" in the top right.

My photo is pending. Why?

The photo approval process can take up to 24 hours. Before uploading a picture please refer to our picture guideline; to make sure your pictures meet the standards.

Is there an EME Hive mobile app?

Yes! Our site is fully accessible from mobile phones. We have an iPhone app, available for download from the iTunes store, and an Android app, available for download from the Google Play store. For other mobile operating systems, our layout adjusts based on the screen size of the device you are using to provide an optimal experience from your tablet or smart phone.

Only users with subscriptions will be have access to features beyond browsing profiles, searching users, and sending messages.

How do I hide or block users?

If there is someone you don’t want to see on the site, we have a “hide user” option, which effectively blocks users. It also goes a step further to hide both of your profiles from each other.

The hide user feature allows you to anonymously block any user and prevents them from seeing you or sending you messages.

How does it work? First, click on their main profile. Then click on the “hide user” link on the bottom right corner of their profile. You will never see their profile again. They will also not be able to see your profile in search results. He/She will no longer be able to send you messages.

I can’t find my confirmation email. What should I do?

Check your spam folder. Most often, our users discover the confirmation email has landed in their spam folder. If you still cannot find it, please log out of EME Hive and then log back in. When you do that, our system automatically sends you a confirmation email.

Lastly, sometimes we find that users have mistyped or misspelled their email address, especially when registering on their smartphone. If that occurs, try again (or register from your computer) and make sure your email address is spelled correctly.
